Description
This new construction of a logistics center is located in the immediate vicinity of the borders of the Capital City of Prague. It consists of two high-quality Class A warehouses built in accordance with BREEAM certification. The total area of the complex is 48,000m².

Scope
In this project, MFS DX holds a specific position. MFS DX was involved in the project during the completion phase of the construction works when BIM data of the project was being integrated into the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) of the Client. A test operation was conducted in the Client’s CAFM, revealing various challenges in using BIM data for building management. The task of MFS DX was to analyze problems associated with the use of BIM data within CAFM, attempt to retrospectively solve them by adjusting the information model, and verify its functionality. After successfully handling this project, MFS DX will transcribe the results in the form of BIM requirements for future projects.
