Description
Portum Towers is a new construction of an ambitious project located in the center of Bratislava. The complex is dominated by two slender residential towers with heights of 99 and 117 meters, according to the architectural design by A1 Architecture studio. The project includes more than 500 designer apartments and flats with unique designs by leading Czech and Slovak architects.

Scope
MFS DX on this project provides complete BIM management and BIM coordination on the side of the Client. Based on discussions in the initial phases of the project, a BIM project standard was established, compliance with which was subsequently monitored by MFS DX throughout the project. MFS DX’s services on this project also include management of the Common Data Environment (CDE). The selection of the CDE occurred in the final phase of processing the project documentation in the detailed design phase. MFS DX ensured the setting of the CDE for the purpose of the review and approval process management.
