Description
The parking buildings A, B, Skywalk and Plaza project represents a part of the development of Prague Airport. The ambitious architectural solution by D3A architectural studio and the constrained spatial conditions are the source of the high complexity of this project, which requires the application of BIM from the design phase through to the operational and facility management stage. The BIM method allows for precise spatial coordination above and below ground level throughout the entire project, not only within the individual constructions but especially with other structures, such as utility networks stored in underground collectors, future railways, and more.

Scope
All processes related to BIM are in accordance with the investor’s standards and ČSN EN ISO 19650. For the exchange of information, the project utilizes CDE Autodesk BIM Collaborate and the coordination platform Revizto. Besides processing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) at the beginning of the project, MFS DX is responsible for supporting the implementation team, ongoing model checks, including detection and collision management, and overseeing the overall quality of all digital models and the use of BIM.
