Description
This is a new construction of a multifunctional building according to the design by Aulík Fišer architekti, which will be part of the BB centrum complex in Prague 4. The building serves administrative, retail, and rental housing purposes. The project has very high sustainability requirements, with the goal of achieving LEED Platinum certification.

Scope
MFS DX acts as the BIM coordinator on behalf of the Client and as the manager of the Common Data Environment (CDE). Initially, BIM usage goals were defined with the Client, on which basis MFS DX prepared the PIR/EIR documents. After discussion with the project documentation supplier, the optimal scope of BIM was established, and then the project’s quality from a BIM perspective was continuously monitored. BIM data also served as the basis for analyses ensuring all sustainability conditions/requirements were met. As the CDE manager, MFS DX set up the client’s requirements, project specifics, and processed the CDE standard, which was maintained throughout the project. Within the CDE, the review and approval process of the building permit stage of project documentation was conducted.
