BIM training for a construction company, focused on building construction. The outcome of the project was the readiness of all key employees of the construction company, preparing the organization for the period of issuing public tenders in BIM.

Scope
Within the framework of the grant title, BIM training was conducted for key employees across the organization. Employees were divided into two groups – construction planning and construction execution. The training was then tailored separately for each group according to how they would use BIM within the organization. The training included a general section, which all employees went through together. This common section provided basic information about BIM, including essential motivation. The second part of the training was specifically focused on project preparation and execution. It included working with information models, including their review, working with a Common Data Environment (CDE), processes for preparing price quotations, and subsequent delivery of models of the actual implementation, among other things.
