The BIM strategy of the construction company. The strategy outlines the current state of the organization, defines objectives in the BIM area, and the necessary steps leading to the achievement of these objectives, including the needs required to reach the organization’s goals.

Scope
At the beginning of the project, MFS DX conducted an analysis of the current state of the company, prepared a description of individual activities, and a framework definition of processes that occur within the company. Based on the information found, MFS DX proposed the use of the BIM method in specific areas of the company and suggested specific steps necessary to fulfill the concept, including the definition of needs. The result of the project was the approval of the concept by the company’s top management. The individual steps are being implemented, and the company is continuously prepared for the use of the BIM method based on the concept.
