Description
The project addresses the refurbishment and modernization of the area surrounding the historic Křižík Fountain and its vicinity within the Exhibition Grounds in Prague 7. The central feature is a jet with a pool located in the upper part, while the lower part is equipped with a new water feature consisting of a simple grid of water jets.

Scope
For this project, MFS DX provided services for BIM coordination and the management of a Common Data Environment (CDE) on the side of the project documentation supplier. In the initial phase of the project, MFS DX developed a BIM Execution Plan (BEP) according to the Client’s requirements. Furthermore, support was provided – especially in the optimal establishment and monitoring of all professional models. In the phase of more detailed elaboration of all parts of the project, BIM coordination focused on both the quality of the individual digital construction models and their spatial coordination, including the coordination of the construction information model. The provision and management of CDE by MFS DX involved initial analysis, setup, processing of usage standards, and subsequent monitoring of correct usage.
