Description
This new logistics center in Bratislava consists of five buildings with a gross leasable area of over 90,000m2. The project includes the entire area including roads and green spaces.

Scope
In this project, MFS DX is engaged from the initial phases and provides complete BIM management and BIM coordination on the Client’s side. In the initial phase, BIM requirements for project documentation were specified according to the Client’s requirements, and after consultation with the Project Documentation Supplier, these requirements were incorporated into the BEP document. As the BIM coordinator, MFS DX conducts ongoing quality control of BIM data during the preparation of documentation for building permit. MFS DX also manages the Common Data Environment (CDE) for the Client. MFS DX will be involved in this project throughout the duration of the design works until its completion, specifically into the facility management phase and building operation.
