Description
New construction of an office building in Prague’s Smíchov area according to the architectural design by PS architekti studio. For future users, there are spatially flexible offices, retail stores, a refreshment option on the ground floor, and a shared meeting room on the top floor with a view of the Vltava riverbank, Vyšehrad, or the panorama of Prague Castle.

Scope
MFS DX’s task in this project is to ensure the role of BIM coordinator and manager of the Common Data Environment (CDE) on the Investor’s side. In the initial part, in cooperation with the Investor, BIM method usage goals were defined, BIM requirements (EIR document) were formulated, and the operational document BEP was processed. Throughout the project work, the quality of the project was continuously checked in terms of BIM. The CDE was set by MFS DX according to the Investor’s requirements and project specifics, after which MFS DX processed the CDE standard. Within it, the review and approval process for detailed design documentation was conducted. Last but not least, MFS DX also ensured the handing over and sharing of data across the entire information model of the construction.
