Description
New construction of a development innovation center, which will serve the needs of the Pardubice Business Incubator (P-PINK). The center includes office, social, assembly, as well as exhibition spaces and a café.

Scope
MFS DX on this project provides BIM coordination services on the side of the Project Documentation Supplier. MFS DX also ensures the progress of this project from a BIM perspective on the Contractor’s side, including communication with the Client’s BIM project manager. In the initial phase, MFS DX developed a BEP according to the template and requirements of the Client (EIR). In the phase of more detailed elaboration of all parts of the project, BIM coordination focused both on the quality of the individual digital construction models and their spatial coordination, including the coordination of the construction information model. MFS DX continuously monitors and regularly reports to the Contractor on the status and quality of the project from a BIM perspective.
