MFS assisted Horden Cherry Lee Architects on this European Land owned 14 storey super-prime residential development at Paddington Canal basin. This scheme involved the use of bespoke terracotta and GRC cladding elements and project specific adapted sliding door assemblies.

The facade system is primarily comprised of bespoke unitised factory fabricated curtain walling including feature elements such as brise soleil forming the design intent. The facade primarily consists of Portland stone faced precast concrete wall construction and projecting slab feature spandrel elements. Petraea, a residential scheme situated in the heart of Rueil-Malmaison’s new ecological district, is characterised by its wooden frame structure and the elegance and originality of its facade. MFS participated in the composite aluminium cladding and glazed bays design development and was appointed to review the specialised subcontractor’s documentation.
