MFS assisted Horden Cherry Lee Architects on this European Land owned 14 storey super-prime residential development at Paddington Canal basin. This scheme involved the use of bespoke terracotta and GRC cladding elements and project specific adapted sliding door assemblies.

Consort Place, Canary Wharf

A new mixed-use development including residential floors, hotel and school located adjacent to Canary Wharf in London. The facade system is primarily comprised of bespoke unitised factory fabricated curtain walling including feature elements such as brise soleil forming the design intent. MFS assisted with facade design development and ongoing inspections of the key installation steps.

MFS assisted E8 Architecture in this residential development located on Great Portland Street in London. The facade primarily consists of Portland stone faced precast concrete wall construction and projecting slab feature spandrel elements. The glazed apertures comprise of bronze anodised aluminium framed French casement door elements with powder coated cast aluminium structural balustrades.

MFS participated in the composite aluminium cladding and glazed bays design development and was appointed to review the specialised subcontractor’s documentation.

This scheme’s facades consist of aluminium glazed bays, stick system curtain walling and aluminium rainscreen.
