This residential building for young professionals, which is located in Paris’s 15th arrondissement, is part of the “Inventing the Greater Paris Metropolis” initiative. The timber structure residence designed by architect Hardel Le Bihan will be placed above the ring road to create a link between Paris and its inner suburbs.

MFS was appointed to develop the facades’ design comprising a bespoke engineered and panelised copper rainscreen system mounted on the timber structure and a glazed externally ventilated double skin facade forming winter gardens. The West facade comprises externally ventilated double skin aluminium framed units with integrated solar control blinds.
