Top Tower is located in Nove Butovice, new business district in the south-west part of Prague. It is a residential rental housing project with the original work of artist David Cerny inserted in the form of a shipwreck supported by the 111 meter high tower.

The building is based on the concept of “coliving”, ie minimalist living with generous common areas. There will also be office space, a multi-functional cultural centre, a publicly accessible roof garden, retail units and a car park for the public.

On this project, MFS provides a range of facade engineering services such as the development of concept design, installation technology, risk assessment, cleaning and maintenance strategy, etc.
