The new headquarters of Česká spořitelna is part of the newly emerging Prague district Smíchov City – South.

Multiple facade treatments were employed across this generously conceived development with the main elevations being comprised of architectural precast concrete cladding and window frames. The project also includes a glazed facade spanning two floors of the lobby and the main entrance, a glazed double-skin facade of the auditorium, a stick system facade to shopfronts, glazed skylights to the entrance lobby and large-format glazed sliding doors to the facade of Café George.
