New multifunctional complex with elegant hotel, congress centre, mall and 90 luxurious villas will overlook the Mediterranean Sea in the town of Gammarth in Tunisia.

On this exceptional large-scale project, MFS developed design of different facade types such as stick system facades, frame structures, feature cladding and feature elements, structurally glazed point fixed facade supported by glass fins, glass canopies or rooflights. Unifying element of this development is Mashrabiya motif that should have been used on feature cladding of all buildings of this project.
