Redevelopment of the Istropolis Trade Union House complex in Bratislava into a multifunctional centre with a modern cultural-social hall, apartments, offices, shops, cafes, etc. Three new squares will be formed in the new zone, with plans to replace the existing concrete areas with water surfaces and low, mature greenery.

During the study phase, MFS collaborated on evaluating the architectural design and provided recommendations for the next phases of the project. In the subsequent phase, facade consultancy services were provided for selected buildings during the building permit phase, including the development of Facade Building Information Model (FBIM). MFS also prepared a cost estimate for the facades.
