MFS was appointed on the refurbishment, upgrade and new build works on the original Central Bank headquarters building in Dublin’s city centre.

This project included the new-build works to the glazing on the existing tower alongside the new steel and glass clad event space to the upper level as well as food and beverage spaces to the ground and lower ground area. New glazing and cladding works were also undertaken to the adjacent buildings on the plaza and on College Green.
