This Rogers Stirk Harbor + Partners designed scheme has an exoskeleton cruciform shaped column superstructure resulting in the use of a unitised spandrel and unitised window wall construction.

The unitised spandrel design has been informed by the thermally isolated superstructural penetrations with the whole curtain walling, including the factory fabricated assembly of internally reinforced extruded brick baguette profiles, are fitted from the slab edge.
