The Minories scheme is a mixed use development in the City of London comprising a Hilton Hotel, a high end residential building and a medium rise commercial office development.

The hotel portion of the scheme is primarily a refurbishment incorporating feature multi-planar metalwork fins and vertical strip glazing whilst the office development comprises of a project specific unitised curtain walling construction with demountable extruded fins.

The residential building comprises bespoke anodised aluminium perforated metal curtains with highly insulated sliding glazing screen assemblies to the balcony elements.
