Mixed-use development located in Douala, Cameroon, comprising a 5-star hotel, offices, and shops.

MFS was commissioned to develop the concepts and design development for the buildings’ envelopes as part of the project’s design team, from the sketch phase to the construction monitoring phase. The various facade systems include framed curtain walls for the hotel, stick curtain walls for the shopfronts, aluminium framed windows, aluminium cladding, GRC cladding and a glass skylight on rooftop.
