MFS assisted Chapman Taylor with the facade design development of this exceptional building situated in the centre of Prague’s business district. The main double curved facades correspond with the surroundings thanks to their structure and the stone cladding (travertin). The corner double-skin facade resembles the typical design of the local corner buildings. The vertical aluminium fins unites facades by organic motif. This remarkable and complex design is in accordance with the importance and uniqueness of the locality.
Wencelas Square 47 provides office and retails spaces, aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
MFS advised Flow East during the facade tender process, MFS reviews the specialist subcontractor’s documentation and will also execute manufacture inspections and site visits in the next phases of the project.
Virtual reality model of this building was also prepared by MFS.
