MFS assisted Chapman Taylor with the facade design development of this exceptional building situated in the centre of Prague’s business district. The main double curved facades correspond with the surroundings thanks to their structure and the stone cladding (travertin). The corner double-skin facade resembles the typical design of the local corner buildings. The vertical aluminium fins unite facades by organic motif. This remarkable and complex design is in accordance with the importance and uniqueness of the locality.

The Flow Building provides office and retails spaces, aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.

MFS advised Flow East during the facade tender process, MFS reviewed the specialist subcontractor’s documentation and executed manufacture inspections and site visits.
