The simple linie and two buildings united by glass roof define the architecture of the new administrative building Aspira Business Centre situated in the new business district Nové Butovice in the south-west part of Prague. This ten storey building provides 15 000 m2 of leasable office space and around 1000 m2 of retail space.

The building envelope, main facade and atrium facade, is designed as stick system curtain walling. Significant feature of the main facade of the building are the stone cladding elements made of jura travertin. MFS assisted also with the design of the roof above the atrium.
