The new office park is situated in the north-west of Bucharest city centre. The EXPO Business Park comprises of three separate office buildings over two levels of car parking and retail ground floor units. The complex achieved BREEAM Outstanding rating.

MFS was appointed to assist Prague office of Chapman Taylor, the architect of this new development, with the facade design. Unitised system curtain walling made of units 1,5m wide and one floor height is the principal facade element. The ground floor and terrace level facades are made of stick system curtain walling. Design of horizontal louvers and terracotta baguettes feature elements was also within the MFS scope on this project.
