The architecturally attractive and grandly conceived Roztyly Plaza building is located in Prague – Roztyly, right by the metro station of the same name. The elegant building offers 21,700 m² of modern offices on seven storeys, with a typical floor measuring up to 3700 m², as well as 1600 m² of retail space on the ground floor. The facade of the building is primarily composed of aluminium unitised system curtain walling.

MFS provided facade consultancy on this project – preparing the complete facade documentation for the building permit, including drawings, performance specification, thermal and structural calculations, as well as cost assessments of the cladding structures.
