9 Marylebone Lane, London is a super-prime residential development in London whose facade construction comprises of a series of fully bespoke high-gloss glazed terracotta profiles on a factory fabricated unitized aluminium curtain wall construction. High performance glazing elements are factory fabricated in insulated picture frame assemblies and installed as single complete elements on site. Glazed terracotta profiles were also used to overclad the cantilevered structural glazed balcony elements as well as the overhanging undercroft elements.

This project was completed in 2019.
