The facade of this unique residential building located in one of the oldest parts of Prague consists of rainscreen cladding and windows. The cladding is designed as an exterior profiled plaster on supporting board. The windows are timber with triple glazed units, external Juliet balconies with external shading by blinds. The “golden” feature elements around the windows are made of composite aluminium cladding on a supporting aluminium structure.

MFS provided facade consultancy services for this project, including development of the technical solution of the facade, technical support for the Client during the specialist facade subcontractor selection process, review of the selected subcontractor’s documentation and on-site inspections during installation.
