This new prestigious residential development is situated right next to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The complex comprises of three blocks of 14, 13 and 12 storeys and is designed by international renowned architects Farrells. The scheme is adjacent to DLR and national rail which also made the design and installation of facades challenging.

MFS were appointed to assist Midgard, general contractor of the scheme, with facade consultancy in different phases of the project. MFS provided advice during the specialist subcontractor tender process and continued with specialist subcontractor documentation review. MFS also executed manufacture visit and inspected the facade installation process on site.
