Portum Towers is a new ambitious project located in the centre of Bratislava. The residential complex includes two slender towers, 99m and 117m high along with three low-rise buildings. The main facades of the high-rise buildings consist of unitized system structurally glazed facades with vertical feature fins. The facades of the upper floors are designed as CCF (Closed Cavity Facade). The final landscaping of the adjacent areas visually transitions to the vertical cladding of the low-rise buildings.

MFS is providing comprehensive facade consultancy services for this project including the development of concept design together with investment cost estimates, thermal and structural analyses. MFS services also include the preparation of complete facade tender documents with 3D BIM modelling, bill of quantities and supporting the Client during the specialist subcontractor selection process.
