The Haydon is a contemporary luxury residential building in the heart of the City of London.

A sequence of perforated corrugated aluminium cladding panels were used to create a metal curtain.

In order to address privacy issues created by the expansive use of glass, external curtains have been integrated in the facade, fixed in front of a solid area and moveable in front of the glazed panels giving the facade a unified appearance.
