Lihovar is a new residential project in Prague’s Smíchov district which will be created through the revitalization of the former distillery area. Its design reflects the industrial history of this district with iconic factory chimneys, sawtooth roofs, and red brick facades. The project also includes the renovation of the historic brewhouse building into a cultural centre.

For this project, MFS is providing comprehensive facade consultancy services which includes the development of concept design and thermal assessment, preparation of facade tender documentation, technical support for the Client during the tender process for specialist facade subcontractor, review of the selected contractor’s documentation, fabrication audits, and ongoing inspections of key installation steps.
