Timber structure high rise residential tower. The facades are made up of insulated CLT, fire protective thermal screens, and glazed windows in pre-assembled exterior subframes, clad in curved Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) panels and metal cladding.

MFS contributed to the design of the facade systems and the preparation of the ATex substantiating the use of UHPC cladding system on the timber structure.
