MFS are currently actively engaged in the design development process of a large ‘Cut & Carve’ refurbishment and extension office project at 65 Gresham Street in the City.

We are appointed on a wide range of services in relation to the facade including 2D concept development, thermal analyses, 3D/ BIM Modelling and Embodied Carbon Analyses.

The existing building was built circa 2000 and primarily consists of a steel superstructure and Portland stone faced precast concrete facade.

The proposed work involves refurbishment of existing aluminium framed windows and stone faced precast in addition to new build construction utilising matching Portland stone, glazed curtain walling and feature ‘origami’ aluminium cladding assemblies.
