Tandem is a new office building situated in the heart of Bucharest. Its facade consists of aluminium stick system curtain wall construction with high performance solar control coated double glazed units. Spandrel areas are formed of marble stone cladding.

MFS provided detailed design stage services which included the development of the performance based specification and assessment of the thermal performance of the concept facade design. MFS also assisted Forte Partners during the specialist facade subcontractor procurement process and performed site inspections throughout the construction of the facade.
