This new office building, designed by Prague office of Chapman Taylor International, is situated in a prominent Belgrade city centre location. The USCE Tower Two has, with its one hundred metres and twenty-two floors, the same height as its twin Tower One. The scheme with its 23 200 m2 of GLA is certified BREEAM Excellent.

MFS was appointed to assist Chapman Taylor with the design of building envelope of this state of the art development. The facade consists mainly of unitised system curtain walling with brise soleil vertical fins and a podium stick system curtain walling.
