This multifunctional building is situated close to the historical center of the city of Olomouc. MFS assisted with the design of facades to Studio Acht, architect of this development.

The facade design of the six-storey building comprises of stick system curtain walling on the outside building envelope and also internal atrium stick system. Triple glazed rooflight was part of the MFS design scope too.

Corners of the building are designed as curved cylindrical double glazed units, the flat facade fields are made of high performance triple glazed units.
