Building A1 is located within the new, modern Rohan City district in Prague. The facade of this office building designed by architect Eva Jiricna is comprised of unitised aluminium curtain wall systems. Shading elements produced of perforated aluminium sheet form the feature elements to the major elements of the buildings’ facades.

MFS provided a wide range of consultancy services on this project, including facade concept design, provision of a performance based specification, tender documents with technical concept drawings, thermal analysis, technical support during the specialist facade subcontractor tender process, selected specialist facade subcontractor’s documentation review, and production and construction stage inspections. 3D modelling of the building envelope with information model to LOD 300 and preparation of the model for virtual reality purposes and related services were also provided by MFS.
