The Welcome Building, formerly known as 4 Glass Wharf, is a new landmark Grade A 8 storey office building situated in Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

MFS provided facade design consultancy services to the project including concept design development and provision of the performance based specification. The facade consists of stick format curtain wall systems and rainscreen cladding, the design of which included the accommodation of minimal deflection limits associated with slim post-tensioned slab edge construction.

MFS also assisted the client during the specialist facade subcontractor procurement process.
