The landmark OLOE Administration Building is located within the southern part of the newly emerging Prague district of Smíchov City.

The main facades are comprised of flush glazed aluminium curtain wall systems and thermally broken aluminium windows positioned between concrete pillars overclad with GFRC brick format rainscreen cladding.

MFS were responsible for the development of the technical solutions for these facades – from concept design through to the provision of tender stage documentation.
