The landmark OLOW1 and OLOW2 office buildings are located within the southern part of the newly emerging Prague district of Smíchov City.

The glazed elements of the OLOW1 building’s facades are formed of aluminium framed systems. The horizontal glazed elements of the OLOW2 building’s facades are formed of stick format curtain walling systems. Both buildings incorporate rainscreen cladding with travertine natural stone panels to opaque wall areas and aluminium stick format curtain walling systems to ground floor areas.

MFS were responsible for the development of the technical solutions for these facades – from concept design through to the provision of tender stage documentation.
